A: Many of our customers who rent their properties for the summer choose to purchase a custom slip covered sofa for the living room. This affords you the opportunity to simply take the slip cover off and launder it after your guests have left. Many will purchase one slipcover for themselves and one slip cover for their guests.
Q: We have had to replace furniture a few times now due to renters accidentally damaging it during their stay. What do other property owners do?
A: Mills & Thomas furniture has contracted with a world class organization that allows us to offer a 5 year accidental damage warranty for your new furniture. If it is damaged due to an accident we can repair it or replace it with no charge to the customer.
Q: I need a new mattress but my guests are arriving tomorrow?
A: Many of our mattress options are in stock and available for immediate delivery.
Q: Do you have financing?
A: We offer a number of very competitive finance options; currently we are offering a Mills & Thomas card option of 12 months with 0%interest and no money required down. Our application is a short form and we can usually have an approval in just minutes.
